It’s upsetting when KCEX delists a coin you’re holding—especially without notice.
🔹 Why this happens:
Exchanges may delist tokens due to low volume, legal issues, or project concerns. They usually set a withdrawal deadline, but sometimes fail to notify users clearly.
🔹 How to recover or swap your tokens:
Email [email protected] with:
Your account username
The name of the delisted coin
Your wallet balance or screenshot
Ask if withdrawals are still possible or if they can assist with a manual swap to another supported asset. Request a grace period if you missed the notice.
If there’s no reply in 2–3 days, send a follow-up.
