Never-Ending Leakage of My Karcher K5 Pressure Washer

My Karcher K5 pressure washer has been leaking for a very long time. I took it to the service center, but no one has called or talked to me in a month. How's that for customer service? We spend our hard-earned money on things, only to be hurt by them when they don't work. I thought Karcher was a reputable company, but now I'm very sorry I did. This machine is only 5 months old, but it leaks water everywhere, and the service center couldn't help me even though I had to wait a month.
