I Bought the Karcher Spray Gun Plus 2.645-269.0 and the Water Flow Controller Snapped

I purchased the Karcher Multi-Function Spray Gun Plus 2.645-269.0 expecting premium quality, but it has already let me down. The small plastic part that controls the water pressure on the spray gun snapped off after very little use. This is supposed to be a durable, outdoor tool, yet it can’t even handle light gardening without breaking?

I reached out to Karcher’s customer support, hoping for a replacement part or repair option. Instead, I was told the part is out of stock — with no estimated date for when it will be available again. So now I’m left with a non-functional spray gun and no support from the company that sold it.

Karcher, this is unacceptable for a product at this price point. I demand a proper solution — either send me a working replacement part or offer a full refund. This level of customer service is extremely frustrating, and I expect prompt action. I should not be stuck with a broken product after spending my hard-earned money on it.
