Faulty Karcher Pressure Washer and Missing Gift Voucher

I recently purchased a Karcher K3 pressure washer as part of a promotional offer, but it was a total letdown. First, the promised gift voucher did not arrive, leaving me disappointed. The pressure washer was then discovered to be defective. It leaks water from the inlet, making it impossible to properly wash my car. When I tried it with a bucket instead, it still didn't work as expected, despite the fact that the user manual warned that continuous use after 2 minutes could cause damage. I'm at a loss for words here. Should I be concerned about the missing gift or the broken machine? I was thinking about purchasing a Bosch pressure washer, but I thought a Karcher would be better. Unfortunately, it appears that was a mistake.
