During my recent overseas trip, I purchased a Karcher K1 pressure washer. After a few days, I set it up in my garden, plugged it in, and began washing my car. To my horror, the machine began emitting smoke within 3-4 seconds! I immediately turned it off and took it to my city's authorized service center. It's been three weeks and there has still been no official response from the company. The local service center, on the other hand, claims that the machine requires a different voltage and is not covered under warranty. I've never seen such amateurism from a multinational corporation before. This lack of response is ridiculous, and I hope they quickly correct the problem and address the distress they've caused. Otherwise, I'll be forced to exercise my legal rights.
