I bought a Karaca Robotea tea maker about a month and a half ago, but it seems to only be able to boil water and not actually brew tea. I sent it to the service center along with my complaint. When it came back, I couldn't help but notice that the problem was still not fixed. Even though I was told that it was fixed and returned, the issue continued to persist when it came back. There is no explanation given, and when I try to reach out to customer service, I am redirected to the website. What steps can I take to address this problem? I have no other option but to reach out to the consumer board for assistance.
