Karaca Hatır Plus Mod 5 in 1 Coffee Machine Lights Flashing But No Brewing

In March, I purchased the Karaca Hatır Plus Mod 5 in 1 coffee and tea machine. It has been 5 months since I bought it, and since then, all the lights have been flashing, and it does not brew coffee; it keeps shutting off. I have called customer service, but no one is helpful. I have also tried to reach the seller online, but no one answers the phone.
I feel disappointed and frustrated about the money I spent. What should I do?
