Karaca Berry Tea XL Tea Maker Repeated Failure
I purchased a Karaca Berry Tea XL tea maker from Karaca’s own online store in November 2023. For about a year I did not use the product, and I started to use it regularly only in the last year. Approximately 5–6 months after my first use, although there had been no previous problem, I plugged it in one day and suddenly realized that it was not working at all. The device had broken down, so I sent it to service while the warranty was still valid and it was repaired in 2025 without any charge. However, about two months after receiving the product back from service, in January 2026, the same problem occurred again and the device broke down once more in exactly the same way. By this time, the warranty period had expired, so I did not send it to service again, because the new service cost would likely exceed the total price I originally paid and this situation clearly shows that the product is not durable. In total, I was able to use this tea maker for about 8 months and now it is completely unusable. A device that breaks down first after 5–6 months and then again after only 2 months of use after service does not, in my opinion, meet reasonable quality expectations. I am very dissatisfied and regret buying this product, and I feel victimized because, despite such a short usage time, I am left with a product that is practically garbage. I request that, considering this situation and the repeated failure in a short period of time, Karaca provide a solution in the form of a free product change. If this is not possible, I expect at least a free repair so that my grievance is resolved and I can use a properly functioning tea maker.
