Karaca Ninja Blender Not Working - No Refund or Repair After One Month

I bought a Ninja blender from Karaca, but it doesn’t work. They sent it to service, but for a month they didn’t fix it and they didn’t refund my money. The blender was new and I didn’t use it. They said they needed 20 days, but I said I didn’t want it repaired—I wanted my money back because it was new and I hadn’t even used it. One month has passed, but they have done nothing.
