JVC TV Wall Mount Screws Not Fitting—Need Correct Size Information

Around March 2025, I purchased a 43-inch JVC television. In order to mount the TV on the wall, I later bought a mounting bracket from a different retailer, but none of the screws included with the mount fit the television.

I asked A101 staff for help in identifying the correct screw type for this model, but they said it was not their responsibility and that they did not know. Since I purchased the product from them, I expected at least some guidance or technical information on this matter.

I request clear information about the correct screw size and type compatible with my TV and ask for assistance in resolving this issue.
