I own a JVC LT-42NQ5155 television and for the last few months I have been experiencing a serious problem. When I turn the TV on, it stays on a blue screen and does not proceed to the normal interface or show any apps. Because of this, I cannot use the smart features or watch anything through the usual menus. This issue has been ongoing for several months and has not resolved itself over time. I would like JVC to offer me a clear and definitive solution to this problem so that I can use my television properly again.
