I purchased a JVC 55" TV online. Since August 8, 2025, I have been trying to register the product in the system and activate the warranty, but every time my warranty registration request is canceled, and I have been unable to start the warranty.
During this process, your team called me and asked me to send the product’s serial number via your WhatsApp line, which I did. However, your system then asks for consent to share my personal data, and when I choose not to give that consent, my request gets canceled. I also reported the issue via email but did not receive any response.
I request that the warranty for the product I purchased be activated without forcing me to share my personal data and that the registration process be completed smoothly. I also ask that you contact me by phone regarding this issue and resolve my grievance.
