JustAnswer Overcharged For Unanswered Questions

I decided to ask a few questions about changing my car's engine antifreeze myself. JustAnswer advertises that it will only cost $5 to ask a question. However, after waiting for a long time with no response, they said they could answer the next day, but I had already started the task. When I requested a refund for my $5, they claimed they processed it, yet I was charged $25! I never consented to an additional $20, and such a fee was never mentioned. They lure people in with the promise of $5 questions, secretly sign them up for membership, and then overcharge. On top of that, canceling membership is a time-consuming process. I'm furious and will be contacting the appropriate regulatory agencies!
