Joom, Seems It's An Internet Scam

I placed an order for herbs on Joom with order number 67Y87M72 and tracking number SYES010328081, to be delivered to my address in Barcelona, Spain. The shipment was marked as delivered about a week ago, but I have never received the package. Despite the tracking status showing as delivered, nothing has been delivered to my neighbors, and there has been no delivery notice. I contacted Joom customer service and was only told to wait, but since the parcel is already marked as delivered, it appears that the order has either been lost or mishandled. Because I paid for a product that I never received, I request a full refund for this order as soon as possible. I expect Joom to investigate what happened to this shipment and resolve this issue promptly.
