Jokerbet Deleted My Winnings Without Bonus Use or Rule Violation
I deposited ₺23,000 on Jokerbet and placed a bet on an NBA match. I didn’t accept or use any bonus or promotional offer. After winning the bet, I requested a withdrawal. Initially, my request was canceled, and I was told to use the bank withdrawal method instead. Shortly after, I received a notice that my account was under review and that this would take 24–48 hours. Two days passed—and then they completely wiped my balance.
Jokerbet claimed my activity violated their terms, citing vague accusations like using repeated bets, consecutive betting patterns, and external strategies to increase odds. They stated they would refund my “main deposit” of ₺23,002 but removed my earnings, falsely marking them as a completed withdrawal.
This is unfair and deceptive. I never used any bonus, never violated any terms, and never engaged in irregular betting activity. Their own representatives misled me, and now they’re using false pretenses to avoid paying out. I demand the immediate return of my full balance, including winnings, and request an explanation from Jokerbet regarding this unacceptable conduct. All visual evidence is attached and ready for submission to relevant authorities if needed.
