Boss Store Antalya Terracity Refuses Inspection for Defective Letter-Peeling T-Shirt

I purchased a t-shirt about two months ago from the Boss store in Antalya Terracity AVM, and despite washing it only once or twice, the printed lettering on it started peeling off. Additionally, because the inner tag caused severe itching around my waistline, I cut that tag off.

When I took the product back to the store and requested an inspection, they claimed they could not even accept the item for evaluation simply because the inner tag had been cut. Despite the product clearly being defective, they refused to assist in any way and used the cut tag on my own property as an excuse to avoid taking responsibility. Furthermore, one of the employees made a suggestion completely unworthy of the Boss brand, advising me to go to a tailor on the lower floor so they could glue the lettering back on.

I find myself wondering why we should shop at this store if we cannot receive quality products and customer service, and I do not intend to ever shop there again. I will also be sharing this experience with everyone in my circle. On top of that, I could not find an accessible customer complaint hotline or call center number for the brand in Turkey, leaving us with no direct representative to contact.

Therefore, I request that my complaint be published so that everyone can see the grievance I experienced and the unhelpful, indifferent approach of the Boss store.
