Bath & Body Works Charges Shipping Fee for Returning Defective Tester Item

I placed an order for Warm Vanilla Sugar body lotion through the Bath & Body Works app, but the product delivered to me turned out to be a tester unit. The item bears a "TRY me" sticker, the cap was open, and there was dried product accumulated around the cap. In other words, they sent me a used or spoiled item as if it were a brand-new product. I have documented this entire situation with photos.

My order number is 523AD1876T. When I initiated a return, I noticed that I was only scheduled to receive a refund of 540 TL, despite having paid 614 TL. I understand that the price difference is being deducted as a shipping fee; however, I refuse to accept a shipping deduction when I am at no fault whatsoever and the company shipped a used tester unit instead of a new product.

I demand either a new, sealed, and unused product be sent to me or a full refund of the entire 614 TL without any deductions. I request that this grievance be resolved as soon as possible.
