I purchased a Joie Brisk LX baby stroller from E-Bebek’s online store, and after only three uses, the seat belt came loose from its connection point. Thinking it was broken, I sent it to the technical service center. When it was returned, the lower basket had been detached from its fitting, and shortly after, the same seat belt issue happened again.
When I took the stroller back to the store, I was told “it’s not broken, it just comes off naturally when the baby moves.” They even suggested that I wedge a tissue into the slot or glue it with strong adhesive to keep it in place — which is completely unacceptable for a safety-critical product meant for infants.
I bought this stroller brand new, believing Joie and E-Bebek were trustworthy brands that prioritize child safety, yet I’m now afraid to even use it on small ramps. I filed a complaint over a month ago, but I still haven’t received any response.
I’m demanding an immediate replacement of this defective stroller and expect E-Bebek and Joie to take full responsibility for selling an unsafe, faulty product.
