Joie Chrome Stroller Canopy Keeps Collapsing and E-Bebek Refused Exchange

I purchased a Joie Chrome baby stroller, but the sun canopy keeps collapsing on its own. When I took the stroller back to the store, they refused to replace or refund it. The store staff said, “We can’t take it back — it’s been in storage for a while, that’s why it’s stiff. It will loosen up and open properly over time.”

However, the canopy was already defective from the moment I bought it, and it has never improved. It still closes suddenly while in use, which is both unsafe and frustrating.

I find it unacceptable that E-Bebek sold a defective product and dismissed my complaint without offering any solution. I expect the stroller to be repaired or replaced under warranty and for the company to take accountability for selling faulty products that put customer safety at risk.
