Joie Versatrax Stroller Doesn’t Fold Properly — Ebebek Ignored My Replacement Request

I purchased a Joie Versatrax stroller together with its car seat from the Ebebek store in Maslak. For the first six months, I used it only with the car seat. However, when I started using the stroller section on its own, I realized that it doesn’t fold properly. Finding out that the stroller was defective from the very first use was truly shocking — it’s unacceptable for a company to sell a product without ensuring quality control.

I paid a total of ₺16,000, and the stroller is still under warranty. My sales document number is 9305601876. The malfunction occurs every time I try to fold the stroller, which clearly indicates a manufacturing defect rather than user error.

I contacted Ebebek customer service and sent the faulty part for inspection. However, the part was returned to me without repair, and the problem remains unresolved. I am requesting that my stroller be replaced immediately, as the defect is clearly from production and not due to misuse.

I expect Ebebek and Joie to take responsibility and resolve this issue without further delay.
