I Face Major Fit and Comfort Issues With Joie Car Seat Bought for My Bagi Stroller
I bought a Bagi baby stroller from E-Bebek, and to go with it, I purchased a Joie infant car seat with back support that was supposedly compatible. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a complete disappointment.
Since the day my baby was born, we haven’t been able to use the car seat properly. My baby is now four months old, yet her head still gets trapped and she can’t turn sideways. If she’s wearing even slightly thicker clothing, she doesn’t fit into the seat at all. It feels cramped and unsafe.
I went to the E-Bebek store to explain the issue and request help, but they completely ignored my complaint. I paid a significant amount of money for this product, expecting safety and comfort, yet I got neither.
No one earns money easily — customers deserve products that meet the quality and comfort standards promised at sale. I want E-Bebek and Joie to take responsibility for this defective and poorly designed seat and to offer a proper solution or replacement immediately.
