Joie Brisk LX Stroller Causes My Baby to Lean and Hit Her Head
A few months ago, we purchased a Joie Brisk LX umbrella stroller from E-Bebek. Since the very first use, we’ve had a serious problem — our baby constantly leans to the right side while seated, no matter how securely we fasten the shoulder straps. She never sits comfortably, and her head keeps hitting the side bar, leaving her with redness and sometimes even swelling.
This is extremely concerning, both for comfort and for safety. A stroller should support a baby evenly and securely, but this one clearly doesn’t. We’ve been very disappointed, and at one point I even considered taking legal action because this issue poses a potential health risk.
I truly hope Joie will take this complaint seriously and reach out to me as soon as possible to provide a proper solution or replacement.
