Jobleads Ignored My Refund Request For Recurring Subscription Charges
I subscribed to Joblead’s 2‑week basic plan and expected it to be a short, limited subscription. However, on 9 April 2026, Joblead deducted $75 from my account, and again on 7 May 2026, another $75 was taken, even though I did not intend to continue using the service beyond the initial two weeks. After noticing the first extra charge, I cancelled my subscription, yet the company still removed another $75 from my account the following month. I do not use the service and did not authorize these ongoing deductions. I sent an email requesting a refund of the charges, but I have not received any response so far. One of the transaction references on my side is 609912663687. I am in Canada and I am requesting a full refund of all unauthorized charges that were taken after my initial 2‑week basic plan, as well as written confirmation that my subscription has been completely cancelled and that no further payments will be taken from my account.
