Unauthorized JobLeads Subscription Charge of R679
I recently noticed that R679 was deducted from my account by JobLeads, and I do not recall ever agreeing to pay this amount. I was not aware that I had signed up for any subscription at this price. I have not used the service at all, and I was surprised to see this charge on my account. I believe this charge was made without my clear knowledge or understanding. I am formally disputing this transaction and requesting a full refund of the R679. Please also cancel any active subscription associated with my account immediately to prevent any further charges. I would appreciate prompt clarification regarding how this charge occurred and confirmation once the refund has been processed.
