Unauthorised JobLeads Payment Without Notice

3

I registered for a JobLeads trial package on 11 May 2026 directly through the JobLeads website. For this trial, £2.99 was charged, which I accepted. However, afterwards an additional £59 was withdrawn from my account for a Premium membership that I did not approve, authorise, or receive any clear notice about. When I realised the situation, I cancelled my subscription on 24 May. I then contacted JobLeads customer service to request a refund for the £59 Premium charge, explaining that I had only intended to use the trial and had not knowingly agreed to a Premium subscription. I was told that I cancelled my subscription one day after the subscription period ended, and therefore I would not receive any refund. I find this response unacceptable, as I never clearly consented to a £59 Premium subscription and was not properly informed about this charge in advance. I kindly request that the £59 Premium fee be refunded to my account and that JobLeads review and clarify how information about the transition from the paid trial to the Premium subscription and related charges is presented, so that other users do not face the same issue.
