JBL Wave 100 TWS Plays Sound From Only One Earbud Despite Reset Attempts

I am using the JBL Wave 100 TWS earbuds, and I am currently facing a problem where sound only comes from one side. In the Bluetooth settings, the earbuds appear as two separate devices: when I connect to one, only the right side works, and when I connect to the other, only the left side works. However, they do not work together, and I cannot get stereo sound.

To resolve the issue, I watched and followed several guides about pairing and resetting the earbuds, but the problem still persists. I also tried to contact customer support, but I was unable to reach a representative.
