JBL Tune Flex 2 Owner Seeks Replacement Charging Case After Loss

-I purchased my JBL Tune Flex 2 headphones through Hepsiburada about one week ago. Shortly after, I lost the charging and carrying case, and at the moment I only have the earbuds themselves.
There are no technical issues with the earbuds; however, without the case, I am unable to use the product. For this reason, I would like JBL or an authorized service center to assist me in obtaining a new original charging case, if possible by paying for it.
I understand that this situation is not covered under warranty due to loss, so my request is specifically for a paid, official, and original replacement charging case. I am requesting information on how I should proceed, whether this replacement is possible, and what solution can be offered.
