JBL Tune 310C Microphone Not Working on Poco X7 Pro

I purchased the JBL Tune 310C Type-C wired earphones yesterday to use with my Poco X7 Pro smartphone. While I have no issues when listening to music, during phone calls, I can hear the other person, but they cannot hear me — my microphone doesn’t seem to work.

When I tested the same earphones on another device (Redmi Note 12), the microphone worked perfectly, which shows that the product itself is functioning properly. This issue has been present since the first day of use. When I contacted Vatan Bilgisayar through Trendyol, they replied that the issue might be related to my phone and advised me to test it on another device. However, since it works fine elsewhere and fails only on my Poco X7 Pro, the problem still persists for me.

I request technical support and a solution for this issue. I can also share my order/invoice number if needed for further investigation.
