Baseus Bowie E16 Earbuds: One Side Stops Working Alternately

I purchased the Baseus Bowie E16 earbuds two weeks ago, and they were working perfectly fine. However, starting yesterday, one earbud stopped working intermittently. When I reset them, the left earbud works but the right one doesn't. Resetting again causes the opposite issue—only the right earbud works while the left doesn't.
I cannot get both earbuds to function at the same time, no matter what I try. This problem is extremely frustrating and renders the earbuds unusable for practical purposes.
I request immediate assistance to resolve this issue. I need either a fix, a replacement, or a full refund. Please address this promptly, as I expected better performance from this product.
