Unable to Download Driver for James Donkey 850R Mouse – No Support Available

I recently purchased the James Donkey 850R mouse, but I can’t find the driver to download anywhere. Even the official James Donkey website is not working. This is unacceptable! I bought this equipment because I liked it, but now I’m considering replacing all my James Donkey products due to the lack of support. The James Donkey mouse series has been a huge disappointment. Please address this issue immediately and provide the necessary drivers!
