My James Donkey 008 headphones do not come with any replacement ear pads, and I have looked everywhere for them. My old pads are worn out, but I can't find a way to get in touch with the company to order replacements. I've looked through a huge number of websites but to no avail. It's annoying because I had a lot of success with the product and was looking forward to continuing to do so. After searching the internet in every conceivable way, I have come to the conclusion that there is no answer in sight. Should I replace my headphones with ones from a different brand? The only thing I want is for my issue to be fixed.
