Goa Game ₹2,000 Deposit Not Credited to Account

I deposited ₹2,000 on the Goa Game platform on February 6 at 11:38, but the funds have still not been credited to my account. I have a screenshot of the payment as proof that the transaction was successfully completed on my end. When I contacted Goa Game customer support, they informed me that the money had not yet been received.
Since then, there has been no clear solution or update, even though the amount was clearly deducted from my account. I am requesting that this issue be reviewed urgently and that my ₹2,000 either be credited to my Goa Game account or refunded to my original payment method as soon as possible. I also expect a clear explanation for why this delay occurred.
