I am writing regarding a failed deposit issue on the Jalwa.com game from Surat, Gujarat. On 27-02-2026 at 7:09 a.m., I deposited an amount of 2000₹ through Paytm to the UPI ID 9992029999@mbkns for adding balance to my Jalwa.com game account. The transaction shows a reference number 600006856995. However, the 2000₹ has not been added to my game wallet and I have not received any refund either. On the Jalwa.com side the deposit keeps getting cancelled, but my money has already been debited through Paytm. It has now been 2 days and there has been no response from any Jalwa.com agent and the issue is still not resolved. I request that this issue be checked urgently and that my 2000₹ is either immediately added to my Jalwa.com game wallet or refunded fast to my Paytm account linked to transaction reference 600006856995. I am very disappointed that there is no support and I would rate this game 0 stars because my hard‑earned money is stuck.
