Jalwa Game Wallet Funds Stuck After Paytm Deposit

On February 11, 2026, I deposited ₹10,000 into Jalwa Game using Paytm. The money was successfully deducted from my Paytm account, but the amount has still not been credited to my Jalwa Game wallet. Even though the payment was completed on my end, my game wallet balance has not increased, and I am unable to use the ₹10,000 that was deducted.

This has caused me financial inconvenience and disrupted my ability to use the game. I request that the missing ₹10,000 be immediately credited to my Jalwa Game wallet, or that the transaction be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible. I expect a prompt resolution and clear confirmation once the funds are added to my game wallet.
