I deposited ₹5,000 via UPI using Paytm to my Melbet account on 10 January 2026. The amount was successfully debited from my bank, but it has still not been credited to my gaming account. Immediately after noticing this, I raised a payment query under Payment Query No. #11752113 and submitted all the required documents requested by your team. I was initially informed that the issue would be resolved within 24–72 hours. Later, this timeline was changed to 3–9 days. As of today, more than 10 days have passed, and the issue remains unresolved. Every time I contact support, I receive the same generic response that the issue has been “forwarded to the payment department”, without any clear explanation or definite resolution time. I have successfully deposited money to Melbet via Paytm before, so this ongoing delay and lack of clarity in this case are unacceptable. I request that this matter be investigated urgently and that either the ₹5,000 be immediately credited to my Melbet account or refunded to my bank account without any further delay. I also expect clear communication on the status of this transaction instead of repetitive generic replies.
