Jack Wolfskin Shoes Stain Feet – No Resolution After Multiple Complaints

I purchased a pair of Jack Wolfskin shoes from Boyner, and shortly after, I noticed they were staining my feet. I took the shoes to a Boyner store, and they sent them for inspection. The staff informed me that the brand’s representatives would conduct the evaluation. Following the first inspection, my request for a resolution was denied without any explanation other than a simple “rejected” status. I requested a second inspection, and while waiting, I also filed a complaint on Şikayetvar.
Boyner's Şikayetvar team reached out, suggesting that if the second inspection was denied, I should send the shoes to Boyner’s own inspection center for further help. Unfortunately, the second inspection was again rejected. I followed through with their instructions and sent the shoes to Boyner’s inspection center. Three days ago, I contacted the store for an update and was informed, once again, of a rejection without any explanation.
Frustrated, I called Boyner’s headquarters, only to be redirected back to the Şikayetvar department, where I was promised a call within a day that never came. Boyner has provided no clear reason for the repeated denials and has failed to address the staining issue with these shoes. I am now left with no other choice but to escalate this complaint to all relevant consumer protection platforms.
