Boyner Rejected Jack Wolfskin Shoe Warranty Claim Without Explanation

Four months ago, I purchased a Jack Wolfskin brand shoe from Boyner through their app. After only a short period of use, the heel section tore, so I sent it to Boyner for inspection.
After 26 days of review, my claim was denied without any explanation, and the shoes were simply sent back to me. This is extremely disappointing, as I trusted Boyner as an official seller and expected better customer service.
Boyner, why was my claim rejected? I demand a clear explanation and a fair resolution. Has anyone else experienced this issue? I regret trusting Boyner for this purchase!
