Jack Wolfskin Jacket Smells Bad – Refund Request Denied
Three months ago, I purchased a Jack Wolfskin jacket from Boyner, but it has a strong, unpleasant odor coming from the goose down filling, particularly under the arms. This smell sticks to my clothes, making it impossible to wear.
Due to this issue, I requested a return, but after their inspection, they claimed there was no problem and sent back the jacket along with a standard response. I reapplied for a return, explaining the issue again, but have yet to receive a resolution.
Boyner, resolve this issue immediately! I expect a full refund or a replacement. Has anyone else experienced this? This is unacceptable for a premium product!
Sent for the second time, no solution was offered, a rejection response came, the Jack Wolfskin jacket smells terrible and feathers are coming out from everywhere. I will send it for the third time, it's a complete disgrace. This does not suit the Boyner company at all. Good retailing becomes more evident in situations like this.
