Jack in the Box Fraudulently Charged $20 to My Debit Card Without Authorization

A company or individual operating under the name "Jack in the Box" has fraudulently charged $20 to my debit card through a POS device using deceptive methods.
I am requesting that this matter be addressed as quickly as possible and that those responsible be held accountable.
