Jabra Elite 4 Active Earbuds – Poor Call Quality and No Customer Support Response

After my previous budget earbuds broke, I decided to stretch my budget and invest in a better set. I chose the Jabra Elite 4 Active after research, especially for its ANC feature, which is critical for my noisy work environment in the shipyard. While the ANC and audio quality for music and videos are satisfactory, the call quality has been a major disappointment.
When making calls, the person on the other end said my voice was faint and overshadowed by background noise. I tried every adjustment possible in the settings, but nothing improved. I even had a friend record the audio to confirm the poor sound quality. For call clarity, I’d rate it a 1 out of 10 – that 1 is only because the voice reaches the other side at all.
On top of that, Jabra's customer support has been unresponsive. Despite multiple emails and support requests, I haven’t received any assistance. This experience has left me highly dissatisfied, and I’m hoping Jabra will address this issue and improve its support services.
