Jabra 85t Earbuds – Poor Performance and Battery Issues

I purchased the Jabra 85t earbuds, expecting the quality associated with the Jabra brand, but they have been deeply disappointing. During phone calls, only I can hear the other person clearly, while they struggle to understand me. Music playback lacks any standout quality, making the experience underwhelming.

Adding to the frustration, the battery lasts barely an hour before needing to be returned to the charging case. I am left wondering if Jabra’s technical service can even replace the batteries when needed. Why hasn’t the company addressed these critical issues? This product falls far short of what I expect from a premium brand. I urge Jabra to improve this product or offer viable solutions for dissatisfied customers like me.
