iyzico Deducted Money From Scyrox V6 Mouse Refund Payment

I purchased a Scyrox V6 mouse from Gaming.gen.tr for ₺2,999 via iyzico. About a year later, the product broke, and I requested a return through the seller. On 26.04.2026, my refund was approved, and the seller issued a full ₺3,000 refund via iyzico. However, iyzico transferred the refund to my account with a ₺500 deduction labeled as “gift money,” which I never received. I contacted customer service multiple times, but I kept getting the same response without any resolution. I want the withheld ₺500 to be returned in full and a clear explanation for this deduction despite the seller issuing a complete refund.

I was told that a refund would be deposited, but I still haven't received any returned amount. Even when I try to withdraw my previous balance to my bank account, it doesn't get withdrawn.

My refund has been deposited; I thank Ms. Pelin for her assistance. However, I still don't like that there is a deduction from refunds in this manner.
