iyzico Charged My Credit Card Without My Knowledge and Show No Purchase
Approximately a year and a half ago, I found out that more than ₺27,000 had been charged to my credit card via iyzico/amazon.com.tr without my awareness. It's quite perplexing that even though my card was charged, there is no trace of this purchase on either iyzico or Amazon. I’ve been reaching out repeatedly, seeking clarity, but it seems like I’m just running into obstacles. How is it possible for such a significant transaction to vanish without a trace? It’s baffling to me that if the purchase actually happened, there’s no record of it in their systems. I’ve contacted both companies, but it seems like they’re not taking my concerns seriously and aren’t providing any genuine assistance. I’m looking for clarity and a thorough inquiry to understand what happened to my funds.
