iyzico Charged Me Extra and Did Not Apply Kaft Discount

Hello Ms. Pelin, where did you refund the money? It has not arrived yet.

Hello, on July 3, I purchased a bag for ₺2,675 from KAFT’s website. It was stated that if the payment was made via iyzico, ₺500 would be refunded. So, I downloaded the iyzico app and made the purchase through it. There were no fees shown on the transaction screen. However, when I later checked my bank account, I saw two separate deductions—₺380.26 and ₺104.85—made 25 minutes after the purchase. I was expecting a ₺500 discount, but not only did I not receive it, I also lost a total of ₺485 from my account. When I contacted iyzico, I received a strange response saying “you didn’t enter the campaign.” I am requesting a full refund of the ₺985 amount. Kaft order number: 2563271.
