Isuzu Authorized Service Caused My Engine To Burn

I brought my Isuzu vehicle to the Rize Isuzu Itimat authorized service on 07.04.2023. I told the fault of my car and the masters there said that they repaired the fault and delivered the vehicle to me, but they could not fix the problem and took the wrong action. They said, they did the maintenance of my car and delivered it to me. I made my payment and left there. After going 3 4 km, my car stopped on the road, when I opened the hood, the engine oil gauge was not installed, so I saw that the oil had been thrown out, I called the service and told the situation, they did not produce any solution within that day. 28.04 In .2023, they sent a tow truck and took my vehicle to the service, they did not accept their mistake and told me that my engine was finished, they never told me that my vehicle, which I brought to the service many times for maintenance, had such a moor problem, because there was no such thing, because to cover their mistakes, they did not replace the engine dipstick and caused my vehicle oil to run out and my engine burned. but in this case, they do not accept their responsibilities, this situation will be carried to the courthouse by law. It is Isuzu authorized service that caused my vehicle's engine to burn.
