Unable to Reach İş Bank Customer Service
I am exceedingly dissatisfied with İş Bank's customer service. When I need help, it appears impossible to reach an actual representative. I constantly being redirected back to the main menu, or just when I believe I've connected, I'm rerouted to an automated system with a robotic voice. This is not acceptable, especially when I require immediate assistance. Why is it so tough to communicate with a genuine person? The bank tends to call me whenever it is convenient for them, yet I am unable to reach them when I require assistance. I am asking an immediate call back from customer service.
