İş Bankası Mobile Password Reset Is a Nightmare and Customer Service Is No Help

Avoid forgetting your İş Bankası mobile password, as it can be difficult to reset. I tried biometric verification on my phone, but it did not work. I spoke with three separate customer support representatives, but none of them could successfully send me a new password. The last representative even disconnected the conversation before I could fully explain my problem. İş Bankası's customer service is among the worst I've encountered in a long time. Fortunately, I don't have a salary account with them, and it's probably a good thing they failed to send me my new credit card. This experience has caused me to seriously question using their services completely.
