İş Bankası Unlawfully Deducts Extra 1/4 of My Salary Beyond Garnishment

On September 3, 2024, with file number 2024/7842 opened by İş Bank in Konya 2nd Enforcement Office, one-fourth of my salary was garnished and deposited into this file. The remaining amount is deposited into my İş Bank salary account. However, they are unlawfully taking an additional one-fourth of this amount under the name of “debt collection via offset,” which is against the law. On September 3, 2024, they unjustly withdrew ₺6,608.38, and on November 1, 2024, ₺4,800.04 from my account, putting me in a difficult situation. I request the return of these unjust and legally unsupported deductions to my account, or I will pursue all available legal remedies.
