My Salary Account Was Blocked - I Cannot Withdraw Money by Akbank

The bank where I receive my salary, Akbank, has placed a hold on my salary account. A quarter of my salary is already being garnished due to another debt, and now, because of an unpaid loan transferred to a lawyer by Akbank, I can't even withdraw or use a single lira from my account. This situation is depriving me of my legal right to sustain my livelihood. Legally, Akbank cannot block a salary account or garnish more than one-quarter of it. I am a victim of this situation and urgently request that the hold on my account be lifted immediately.
