İş Bankası ATM Held My Money After a Deposit Error and I Need an Urgent Solution


Hello, when I tried to deposit money into my account at an İş Bankası ATM, the ATM returned the cash through the cash slot, and one of the ₺200 bills was torn. When I tried depositing the money again, the ATM placed a hold on part of the amount I deposited. When I requested that the blocked amount be returned to my account, the customer representative informed me that the ATM would need to be opened and that this process would take up to 48 hours, though they could not guarantee it. Regardless of the amount, how is it acceptable to be unable to use my money due to an ATM error? I kindly request an urgent solution from the authorities.
